It was interesting to gain insight into the company’s current development. Our management highlighted the milestones we have already achieved and the goals we aim to pursue together in the coming months. In addition, all employees received a concise update on IT security, artificial intelligence, and compliance—areas that are increasingly shaping our daily work and actively helping to shape our future.
Afterward, things got interactive. Divided into three workshop groups, we worked together to explore how we can further develop PreHCM Services GmbH as a company and as a team. The focus was not only on processes but, above all, on open discussion and collaborative reflection on how we work together.
The workshops provided a space for open discussion on topics that matter to us as a company—ranging from communication and transparency to leadership and trust, as well as innovation, knowledge transfer, and our shared strategy for the future.
The many open conversations, diverse perspectives, and constructive ideas demonstrated just how much expertise and dedication our team possesses. We took away numerous valuable insights from the workshop, which are now being gradually incorporated into our ongoing corporate development.
Of course, we couldn’t miss out on the shared experience. Lake Hennesee and the beautiful Sauerland countryside provided the perfect setting. While some colleagues explored the area by bike, a larger group opted for a relaxing boat ride across the lake. The summery weather then made us want to cool off a bit—our younger guests especially had a blast swimming and splashing around.
In the evening, a delicious BBQ awaited us in the beer garden of the Welcome Hotel. With good food, pleasant conversations, and a great atmosphere, there was plenty of time to catch up with one another away from the daily grind of work. New ideas often emerged quite naturally, cross-departmental discussions were deepened, and many wonderful shared moments made the evening a special experience.
Our conclusion: A successful company event depends not only on a beautiful location, but above all on the people who participate. The open exchange, the strong sense of camaraderie, and the many cross-team insights have once again shown what makes PreHCM special.
