My name is Bernd Kreiling and, as Managing Director, I am delighted to welcome you to our career portal.
Our vision: We want to advance digitalization in Germany. Whether with nationwide Internet coverage or stable mobile connections everywhere, in rural areas, in tunnels, or at large events. To make this a reality, intelligent solutions are needed for the planning, construction, and modernization of mobile communications sites. Our products manage antenna data, perform field calculations, support approval processes, operator agreements, and much more. Overall, we develop innovative software solutions for telecommunications companies, thereby making a tangible contribution to the country's digital infrastructure.
To meet this demand, we are setting our sights on growth. We are looking for people who want to make a difference with fresh ideas, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. With a high level of innovation, quality, and a focus on information security, we work independently of location but are closely networked. Why we don't work in static teams
Synergies and agility of the teams
Our teams are not static — they grow and change with the requirements of each project. It is not uncommon for our developers to work in several teams at the same time in order to contribute their expertise in their respective areas of focus. We take into account both the similarities between products and the specific qualifications of our developers so that everyone finds themselves in the right team and can work productively.
We also draw on cross-project expertise by discussing complex issues in our developer meetings. This knowledge transfer benefits each individual Java developer as well as the project – always with a focus on finding the best solution for our customers. Because we believe that innovative solutions arise when synergies and different perspectives come together.

Our work process begins where the requirements arise: with our customers. We take a close look at our customers' wishes and goals and develop tailor-made solutions. This means that we not only work with our customers, but above all for them — always searching for the best and most sustainable solution. New tools, new possibilities, new areas of learning – that's what makes everyday life exciting for our creative minds. Our projects regularly present us with new challenges. This requires flexible solutions and tools that can evolve with us. Our motto is: whatever is needed, we use it.
Our software developers choose their own hardware so they can work optimally. The software environment is also customized depending on the project, product, and technological advances. Among other things, our developers can set up their own Linux system and build their individual development environment on it.
Our teams are currently working with the following technologies, among others:

And if there are any issues? Then we find solutions together—in our regular developer meetings, where knowledge is shared and problems are tackled collaboratively.

From clever minds to smart solutions
PreHCM Services develops specialized software solutions at the interface between public authorities and telecommunications companies. Our solutions support the coordination, planning, and approval of mobile phone sites—with a focus on real-world requirements and simple, secure application. To achieve this, we combine in-depth expertise with modern software architecture, agile development, and close coordination with all stakeholders—for solutions that work in practice.
In addition to our software products, we also support the telecommunications market with our expert services, e.g., representing the interests of German mobile operators in operator agreements, project management, process and strategy consulting, and the preparation of technical studies and white papers.
Of course, we also offer our products as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, including cloud services, application operation, and complete lifecycle management.
Since our products support the planning and construction of critical infrastructure, we are also ISO 27001 certified.
