PreHCM Services is actively involved in national and international committees such as WG FM, ECC PT1, SE 7, and ETSI to help shape the regulatory framework for frequency use. Technical Quality Assurance & International Development
PreHCM Services actively supports the conceptual and technical development of the ECC tool SEAMCAT (Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte Carlo Analysis Tool) for simulation-based interference analysis in frequency management.
We comprehensively test new software versions, identify potential errors, and ensure the continuous optimization of tool functionality through structured bug tracking. In close cooperation with international expert groups, we contribute our expertise to the technical design of new features and application scenarios.
As a member of the SEAMCAT Technical Group (STG), we are directly involved in coordinating technical enhancements and future requirements – for practical, powerful, and standards-compliant development of the tool.

Technical expertise for PreHCM EMF, PreHCM MxWell, and eStob
PreHCM Services offers comprehensive engineering support for electromagnetic compatibility (EMF) and regulatory procedures. Our experts advise customers on the use of PreHCM MxWell software to perform accurate EMF calculations and prepare technically sound exposure reports in accordance with legal requirements.
We actively assist in the preparation of eStob applications for the approval of radio equipment and provide support in complying with EMF limits and site assessment. In addition, we assist participants in the eStob system with technical challenges, such as the assignment of third-party StoBs or dealing with interface problems.
As part of the eStob 2.0 support group, we advise the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) and mobile network operators (MNOs) on IT requirements and provide support in implementing new interfaces in existing tool landscapes. We also continuously identify market requirements for the further development of our tools PreHCM EMF, PreHCM MxWell, and the PreHCM Portal.
