The year 2025 marks an important milestone for PreHCM Services GmbH in our strategic and technological development. In a market that is more dynamic than ever, we have strengthened our company in a targeted manner so that we can continue to meet the increasing demands of our customers with the highest quality and innovative strength in the future.

Our development department has grown significantly over the past year, both in terms of personnel and structure

With a newly established organizational structure, clear responsibilities, and modern development processes, we can now respond even more quickly, agilely, and efficiently to customer-specific needs. This growth is a key component in actively shaping the complex challenges of the telecommunications and tower industry.

Another milestone is our successful ISO 27001 certification, which we achieved again in 2025. Information security, data protection, and the responsible handling of sensitive network data are not just regulatory requirements for us, but an essential quality promise to our customers.

Technology, data, and services—the future of tower companies

The market is making it increasingly clear that simply owning passive infrastructure is no longer enough. Future competition will be decided by data, software, and services.

Tower companies are increasingly evolving into technology-oriented service providers that offer operational efficiency, forecasting capabilities, and sustainability. With growing data density and increasing complexity of network infrastructures, the need for intelligent, data-driven solutions is also growing.

We already support the operational planning, evaluation, and simulation of complex site data with PreHCM MxWell. But the requirements go far beyond that:

TowerCos need reliable forecasting and planning tools to manage expansion strategies based on data, secure investment decisions, and holistically evaluate network and site portfolios

In addition to digital twins that analyze individual sites in detail, tools are needed that consider entire radio networks, including contractual framework conditions, with the aim of making strategic, operational, and economic decisions in a forward-looking and data-driven manner.

Outlook for 2026 — a new chapter for PreHCM

To meet these requirements, we will introduce a new software solution in 2026 that will make this holistic, data-driven approach a reality.
It will enable TowerCos and network operators to analyze their infrastructure in unprecedented depth, run through scenarios, and optimize decisions in a measurable way.
