In our new meeting room, we were able to discuss our plans for the coming months together in a relaxed atmosphere.
We took the opportunity to present and review our 2026 goals and to spend some informal time together outside of our usual appointments and meetings. A special focus was placed on how we can continue to improve across all areas – from controlling, marketing, and sales to quality assurance in our development processes. Overall, it was an inspiring day and a great opportunity to exchange ideas and connect across departments.
The event in Niedernberg also provided the opportunity to appropriately honor our long-serving employees with more than 10 years of service.
I look forward to the upcoming challenges with this great team. Together, we will make an active contribution to the expansion and modernization of mobile networks and thus to the digital infrastructure in Germany and Europe.
