What happens after you apply

Our job advertisements are always tailored to the specific project for which we are looking for employees. So you know straight away what it's all about and what your tasks will be.
Sometimes we don't even know that we're looking for you - but maybe you do! Simply send us an unsolicited application if you like what we do and think you would be a good fit for us. 
Whether you send us your application for an advertised position or take the initiative yourself and apply by e-mail or via our application form - we will get back to you as soon as possible after reviewing your documents.

If everything fits from our side, we look forward to meeting you in person. This starts with a digital meeting so that you can meet us conveniently from anywhere, just as we work. Because we want the application process to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible for you.

On request and depending on the position, we will also be happy to meet with you in person. For us at PreHCM, it is always very important that we are a good fit not only professionally, but also personally. This gives you the opportunity to experience us on site in Niedernberg and our modern working environment.
If we are a good fit for you and you for us, you will receive your employment contract within a few days.

Onboarding

Your first weeks with us

To ensure that you arrive quickly and find your way around our predominantly digital office, we attach great importance to a well-structured onboarding process, which for us begins as soon as you make contact with us.

Even before your first day at work, you will receive information from us about your new workplace: we will inform you about the tasks in the project you will be working on, give you an overview of your new team and introduce you to your mentor. This means you know in advance what to expect on your first day at work and can approach it in a relaxed manner.
So nothing stands in the way of a good start at PreHCM, and we say: welcome!

On your first day, we will equip you with the hardware and software discussed with you beforehand so that you can get started straight away. As we mainly work digitally, and you will only get to know many of your colleagues in person at our events, you will receive your personalized onboarding folder with everything you need to know.

In it, you will find an overview of all your colleagues, including those from other teams, so that every name has a face, and you can find your way around us straight away.
All questions about daily business, our organizational structure, our social benefits and anything else you might be interested in will also be answered here. And if not - your mentor and your team will be available to you in direct contact or in the dailies.

Your mentor will provide you with comprehensive support from your first day at work, and will also be your point of contact for all questions about your project or the processes at PreHCM during your first few months with us. During your induction period, your mentor will help you find your way into the project until you have really settled in and are integrated into all meetings, will introduce you to other project teams across departments and will be available for coordination meetings at any time.
